Congratulations! Your results have been published! Follow these steps to print a PDF version of your report:
1. Open the Orig3n App located on your iOS or Android device and log in to your LifeProfile account
(Note: You may need to log out and back in to allow the application to refresh)

2. Choose the test you wish to print your results for
3. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click “Download PDF Report”
4. Choose your preferred email application to “download” your report
5. Email your report to yourself with the PDF attachment included. Once sent you will be able to open and print from a computer.

I was emailed a while ago stating that my results were being analyzed, but havent heard anything again?
Did anyone else order through Noom? I’m going to contact them. They should definitely NOT be partnering with these people.
I got a refund due to them not performing as contracted. They offered results within a specific time and failed to deliver.
I have been waiting over 10 weeks for my results and get no response to my email inquiries either. This is frustrating!
I am not happy with how my comment that I posted a while back is removed and still with no DNA results or response.
This company has taken our money and our DNA.
I still have no dna results and they have my money its been close to a year now my phone number is 4179427884 company needs to call ive sent them emails they send them back i have never received any phone calls I call 2 times talked to 2 men and embed a lady she says she can't reach me well they have my email and phone number please call me i really want this resolved.
I also have been waiting almost 3 months for my results. We have paid and got NOTHING. I have reached out 2 or 3 times and received no answer. Its rude and unprofessional.
I called noon and they refunded my money immediately. You all should do same. This company is bogus.

Just put in another request about my results. Not happy that my money is gone but my results are in limbo.
Guess what my story is the same as everyone elses . Test complete but not able to get results . $39.00 wasted . i am on a fixed income . and that hurts . No more dealing with NOOM from me

Sent samples in in March git am email today signed in and nothing there?
I have heard nothing "along the way" as the email telling me they received my sample over 8 weeks ago said I would. Now I have been contacting Orig3 and they are not responding. I have sent emails and a phone call.
Same issue as everyone else. Is this a scam? This is insane. I was emailed on 7/8/20 saying they received my sample and it was being analyzed. Haven’t heard a word since and no response to email or voicemail. This is insanely frustrating. It’s interesting that no one at the company has even bothered to respond to all these comments. Wow. I have quite a large team of software developers that I’m about to have flood the internet with negative reviews if I don’t get a response soon. Maybe some calls to the BBB will help too. At this point I just want my money back.
I got in touch with Noom and asked for a refund. They issued a refund within a day or two.
Same boat and it’s infuriating. I received a confirmation email that my sample was received 05/27/2020. I received an email that my sample was being analyzed on 05/29/2020. Having not heard anything back, I submitted a “status inquiry request” on 07/29/2020 and never got a response. I went back into the app again today to check and it still tells me “results take 6-8 weeks.” Here I am 18 weeks later and I just left a voicemail and submitted another “status request inquiry.” At this point, I would really just like a refund. This has been very disappointing. I was very much looking forward to learning more about myself and how I can make dietary adjustments to better care for myself. :o(
I too have been waiting 3 months for my results. I have emailed with no response. I have requested my money back and no response. I want this resolved. I have notified NOOM and let them know they should remove Orig3n from their website. Very unprofessional.
7 months for me with no results. I also ordered through NOOM. I sent two emails with no result.
Same issue as everyone else. It’s been over two months and no results. I’ve emailed and called and no response. This is ridiculous! My DNA is just out there and they are doing lord knows what with it. You can’t even speak to a person. What kind of customer service is this? Next step for me is notifying the Better Business Bureau.

I haven't received my results and it's been more than 2 months!!! I called them and reached out by email and they haven't gotten back to me.I DEMAND a refund and if I don't receive my results by Friday this week, on 5/7/21. This is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. I went through Noom and now I am going to reach out to them as well.

I, too, have been waiting for months and months. I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I recommend you do the same.
I ordered through Noom in September 2020. It is now January 2021 and I have not heard one word from them. They have taken my money and ran! I am beyond pissed!
